I was in alot of pain, I called and they made me an appointment the same day! Everyone in the front office was helpful! The nurses are ALWAYS so sweet and friendly! Dr. Dewsnap listens and is so sympathetic! I am so blessed to have St. Joe's as my primary care facility!

The staff was cordial and helpful and got me checked in on time. I was there for my yearly mammogram. I was greeted with a smile from the young Lady that was doing my mammogram. When I went into the room she explained to me what she would be doing, asked if I had any questions. She explained each procedure and told me when she finished that I would be getting the results by mail or a phone call in the next few days. She was very professional and knowledgeable.

The ER was rough night but once we got admitted we had great nurses! Courtney & Jacob were outstanding in their care, concern, professionalism, communication and keeping us up to date. They both were “Angels on Earth!” We felt so blessed to have them. I also want to recognize 2 food service employees, sadly I did not get their names. A woman (perhaps Ruby?) that brought food in and a funny, kind gentleman who picked the tray up later.They were both delightful and obviously loved their jobs. Also the cleaning lady (room 3333) did a fantastic job and was so kind. Dr. Chukwu was very kind, patient and explained things so that we understood. Our ER nurse Michael was great too.

I recently had a procedure with this surgical team, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the assistant Rosanna, made me feel immediately welcome and at ease with her warm and friendly demeanor, exactly what you need when you're a little nervous about a medical visit. Dr. Stone herself was absolutely exceptional. She was kind, caring, and genuinely attentive. She listened to every concern I had, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before and during the procedure. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond to create a relaxed atmosphere: she played music, and we ended up having a wonderful conversation about our favorite artists and concerts we've attended. It made the whole experience feel so much less stressful. I truly felt like I was in the hands of someone who not only excels at her craft but also deeply cares about her patients as people. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a surgeon who combines outstanding medical expertise with genuine compassion and warmth. I'm deeply grateful.

The doctors and nurses are amazing! Dr. Brazael and Dr. Pohler did a great job, and the nurses did too!! Manny, Yvonne, Scott, Leslie, Wendy, Jennifer, Taylor, and all were wonderful!!! They took care of me and were respectful to my husband. Also, appreciate Jessica, Lupe, Bailey, and Camia. The food was well prepared also. I recommend Saint Joseph’s hospital.
